Your privacy

The HC Group project portal is a private page for your remodel. Here's what it keeps and who can see it.

What we store

• Your name and email address, so you can sign in.
• Your project's schedule, weekly updates, photos, documents and payment milestones.

Who can see it

• You and the other people we've added to your project, each with their own sign-in.
• The HC Group team working on your project.
• No one else. Other clients can't see your project, and you can't see theirs.

Photos

We remove location and camera details from photos before they're stored. You only see photos we've chosen to share with you; job-site photos for our crew and records stay with our team.

Email

We email you sign-in links and a note when your weekly update is ready. That's it. We never sell your information or use it for marketing.

Where it lives

Everything is stored with established, secure services (Supabase for data and files, Vercel for the website, Resend for email). Files are private and open only through short-lived links.

Questions

Ask your project manager anytime. If you'd like your information removed after your project, just tell us.
